The Blahs

We are Theatre Company Blah Blah Blah (The Blahs), a Leeds-based company.

For 36 years, we have been creating high quality theatre and creative experiences for children and young people all about the things that matter to them. Passionate about exploring stories, not just telling them, we do not shy away from big or challenging subjects and ideas. We take our work to wherever children and young people need it, including schools, theatres, community settings and museums.

Thank you

Many thanks to the following people and organisations for helping us to make ‘Stirring Up the Past’:

Nirpal Sehra | Dr Rachael Unsworth | Beechwood Primary School | Chapel FM | Leeds Kirkgate Market | Marks & Spencer Company Archive | Leodis by Leeds Libraries | The Thoresby Society | Leeds Museums and Galleries | Mill Hill Chapel | The Leeds Library

The poem spoken at stop 6 is written by Antony Dunn and the hidden poem is written by Peter Spafford.
